there were 256,645,378 shares added since 9/13... not 300K new shares. the largest volume year by far was 2015, which included a run from .0001 to .008 between june and july, it's safe to say the bulk of that churned between mid-trips and .003s, since the top of the pop was a small print.
i remember the day OROT put the banner up on their site, 9/11/15 (how appropriate), practically everyone in SIRG sold, then rebought, then some sold again.
june to october of 2015 SIRG traded about 2.87B shares. that's 3X the OS the TA gave out in mid july, 2015, and the OS is no different now.
when nearly the entire float trades in a day or two, and we have 3X the OS trading in 4 months, the numbers you mentioned are not at all out of bounds.
