Well,...

Don't have any reason to believe it is different from numerous other "deals" announced over the past seven years. Where are the customer and revenues? Remember ATT....etc. Cytta's primary business seems to be issuing press releases and 8Ks.

From Oracle's perspective, a deal with Cytta means Oracle might believe that the so-called Cytta "platform" will enable Oracle to capture new revenue by being bundled into the Cytta platform in effect turning Cytta into a sales channel - could be good for Oracle from either a SAAS or a small-medium license perspective provided Cytta brings real customers and revenues into their platform at a scale to be interesting. BUT, I can't see Cytta ever developing the scale that this is of any benefit to Oracle or Cytta but who knows it might happen

From Cytta's perspective, including Oracle increases their cost of delivery at the very least by going to a proprietary product; Oracle has a certain cachet a la ATT in offering credibility, but that is only useful if you have customer and sufficient demand (Cytta sales).

The issue of who supports what does not appear to be addressed but it too is a factor.

Net..... much to do about nothing. Look for real customers and revenues somewhere in the future or the history.....if you can't do after 7 years with all the "talented" advisors, director, officers etc. when can you do it?
