145,000 shares at .315 is not a whole lot of cash, ($45K) equivalent to about 450 shares af AAPL which trades in a nanosecond. I'm just hoping that next week comes and goes and at a minimum DMRJ is eliminated or greatly marginalized from this picture, it may not be the end of the world if they continue with these crappy terms but it will be the end of a 2 digit stock price. Don't trust these folks, never did and was seriously hoping they would have been out of the equation 1 - 2 years ago. If by chance they are the only game in town it will be easy to see what their intentions and end game are for the company.
