With SCOTTRADE blocking buying of Redg, there will be some people
who will simply not bother with it.

I live in North East Tennessee where there is fairly easy access to SCOTTRADE offices

We often have poor lagging Internet, so many people just won't do it for those reason. If there is good rebound, you may /may not get your order in because you simply may not have Internet.

It is also easy here with all the mountains to lose your cellphone signal.
