This investment is getting sketchier by the day. Things to consider:

1) Patent filed... yet no news of whether they have or have not put a hand held together
2) Corporate Video reveals the device is clearly not done, that they are trying to make the hand held, and a plea for funding.
3) Over subscribing the PP and diluting shares at the expense of the shareholders.
4) Breathtec and Cannabix working on the same device? Why do we need millions upon millions... two companies so management can profit twice.
5)Boock getting a new day job (no comment on the previous arrest)... must be super busy in the lab...

The never ending wait for some news about a tangible device (after 2+ years of waiting) continues.

Now they are funded... why bother rushing.
