I think we've well established that HCTI is different from most companies on the OTC and has thus far been completely unpredictable in their actions.

Well, the predictable thing is they are going to dilute more and screw us shareholders. However, go back to my first sentence.

Why would they suddenly become predictable?

I'm not claiming this is a no risk play or even a low risk play. What I AM claiming is there is still a legitimate possibility that they will continue being unpredictable and we could end up doing just fine.
