So let me understand this....

Nite selling "electronic shares", shares they don't own...

No volume so Nite has choice...

Keeping printing "electronic shares" and bet RXSF has no real news planned...

Or

What...I'm confused

Then there's the Other side...

News comes, volume builds...what does Nite do?

Keep printing "electronic shares" screwing investors royally

Or What I'm confused..

Where do "electronic shares" come from and who owns them...

If I bought 5000 shares today that nite didn't own....what do I own?

Help me understand what's going on.
