$UWTI isnt affected by the amount of buyers or the amount of pumping, or the amount of any other trading factors. it is down almost 9 percent today because oil is down almost 3 percent today.

oil is down almost 3% today because of rising stockpiles, glut concerns, and a stronger dollar.
