I just spoke with Mr Harris
He informed me that he was unlikely to be able to do the interview this evening at the site mentioned because of the limited number of spots (200 i think) available for listeners
he told me that he was going to have to put up another live site, or do something to make sure that all the people who wanted to attend, could. He is still going to try doing the webcast tonight and my simultaneously cast it there and somewhere else as well...
He told me that we would be seeing PR about the webcast/Press Conference before too long, so I guess we have another chance to see if this dude is FOS or not. He sounded honest, and told me that they had bought what they considered to be the float of FHAL and "didn't know where these shares were coming from"
my BS meter is riding high, here, but then again it always does! LOL. Then again I rode SPEA from 1.00 to $17 in one day when Elvis bought them out, too
Harris said the filings of the 10Q would be done on first of the week, and the symbol change would happen, as would the restting the price soon thereafter.
He sounded like a guy who's got $800MM at his disposal and was getting the audit done for the FHAL right now, as in hours.
I guess we'll see shortly
