I had a good one, my son just won a big promotion and moved to Orange County California. We flew out there to visit and it was sunny 78 the whole week we were there in late Feb.

He just bought a house there for 680K and everyone wonders why California Real Estate just seems to go up... Ronald Reagan had lots to do with that he capped Real Estate taxes when he was Governor. You got million $ homes selling out there with RE tax of $1000!

On the other hand the public school systems have big budget problems in spite of the growth... rick folks send there kids to private schools anyway and if you own a home there you are pretty close to rich.
