I had two Numbers for M&S, I called them both to ask why the product THEY say is on the Shelf is NOT per the store managers.
Buts it’s worse than that.
I clearly and without confrontation asked simply, “why are you saying it is within 30 miles of me when the store manager says they have never heard of M&S distributing or Rocky Mountain High beverages.”
SO, again, I called the 2 numbers I could find for M&S distributing.
I left a message on the first one, and on the second one someone picked up the phone and said “hello.”
I asked if this was M&S and he said “yes”…all was pleasant for a few moments while I asked why the “listed” stores on the Facebook page did not carry the product.
That is when I was called a MORON a DUMB Chit…to many times to count
Should those words/responses be in any shape, way or form the “face” of RMHB?
Do you think if I had a question/distribution issue with my computer, phone or washing machine the representative would call me a moron and a dumb chit?
After talking with that guy, instead of taking a second look at this stock or trying the product, I RUN from it.
I HOPE all those doing the same DD/Taste testing realize this is NOT in good hands at any point, from “production” to the point of purchase….. Or lack thereof!

Well the M&S Guy made me feel like CHIT….I won’t forget that.
