I have wondered that exact thing. My only explaination is that although the company has began turning the corner, starting with getting the SBA loan, the shareholders and share price have not yet began to recover. I think it has to do with maybe excessive flipper mentality due to perceived lack of confidence in the company's leadership whether justified or not combined with the continued drizzling of new shares into the float. Investors/traders have gotten used to selling and then always being able to buy back cheaper. I am expecting all the downward momentum of the last few months to change quickly as we hear more positive new developments which bring new investors to GNPT as well as cash flow so as to not rely on these CD's in the future. Market cap of under $350,000 seems way out of line with a company that soon could be capable of doing $12M a year in profitable revenue and has a positive tangible book value. IMHO
