HMMMMMMMM, So now we have the highest/overpaid employees (so they would do great work which never happened by the way) and they get profit sharing. Not Good. I really need to find a jumping point and get the hell off of this merry go round. Doug has never been investor friendly and has just twisted the knife a bit more.
