Hopefully it's for the company and getting something off the ground but I can only be skeptical of that. They have to prove that this is legit but most of these pennies stocks especially those pumped by the free newsletters are pump and dumps. The company already has been dishonest implying they were another scepter holding in the past by posting on ihub the other scepters filings. One could only hope there is a purpose here with the dilution or watch your shares decrease in value IMO
