When I moved my account to SCOTTRADE it was because of high fees at Wells Fargo and they won't let you by OTC. They say in our state it violates th"BLUE SKY LAW" . Whatever that means. I was welcomed with open arms t o SCOTTRADE, saying it's your money if you want t o "blow" it on high risK OTC-----no problem.


Is it Redg that's singled out or is it all OTC/pink sheets?
