Wednesday is a good day to release financials. Shows confidence IMO. Shows the company is willing to let the details stand up to the scrutiny of the market.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
