The market is not reacting favorably to the news that Duane Spader will return as CEO. Not really surprising, given the reaction in the market and strong upward surge in the share price when he stepped aside and left the CEO position in the Fall of 2013. That having been said, any change can't be worse right now, given the pathetic period for shareholders since the ouster of Richard Kalmovathin in early August of 2014.

The first order of business for Mr. Spader must be to bring the SEC filings current.
