Sadly the ones on the fence because of false misleading statements who believe they can buy in later DON'T realize there are really no shares to grab hold of let alone wait for the Financing Deal to come to fruition. All bets are off at getting in under $4 IMO.

Everything I say is in my opinion, do your own DD and make your decision wisely! Don't spend more then you can afford to lose!
