All I was saying that 1.95B O/S with 500M A/S screams R/S. I can't help but think that this is what is keeping this from running.... The unknown of how big the R/S will be.

Personally I think that if the do 1-10 R/S that this stock will sky rocket and give them lots of room to raise capital!

It would be a win:win! JMHO!
