I just can't see the rationale for doing this RS now with the price below a level that would create a sustainable .01 or greater. Unless...they are cleaning up the share structure to announce news that would more easily move the shares up to .01+. and...possibly megadump more shares into the system.I just don't know what to think at this point. Maybe they just don't give a damn or are grossly incompetent.I guess I need to stop being frustrated and watch the show.
