Yes they only used 30k... Thats whats converting... Its listed in the Q that its started and its no surprise bc Jan said last month it would start converting this month... Thats why bmak is seen on L2... They generally convert in whats called "tranches"... So there are breaks in between... There is no 13G because they are not getting enough at a time to require one.
