As the value of each share is diminished / diluted, so is the bargaining power of those shares. It will take many more shares of a lesser value now to close any deals that are paid for with shares of stock.

The 500 million shares is nearly maxed out. Those 500 million shares were worth more than they are today, so it took less shares to get the same results on whatever they were used for. The shares are no longer worth what they were back then, so it is now going to take 3 to 4 times as many to get the same results. And even many more times that as the value of each OWOO share continues to be devalued by way of dilution.
