Did you also read that as a shareholder you have to request a copy if you want it mailed?

I bet the shareholders present at the vote requested their copies on the 2nd when this action was carried out. Again 20 days ago.

The timing is more than coincidence. It's not my problem that this doesn't fit into the fantasy that has been weaved here.
