Why will big money suddenly be interested tomorrow? The company is exactly the same as it was today and yesterday and there was no big money.

Money will instantly be lost in restructuring fees. The company still hasn't mentioned any names and they voted on this on the 2nd and sat on it the 20 days that they were supposed to give stockholders.
