At this point it seems they do what they like ....news doesn't matter....but a rumour that's made up does....a meeting scheduled then canceled then scheduled then who knows what the a freeze then an imaginary cut then well it doesn't matter if they say they cut cause they'll pump anyways. Something is wrong with this market it's not only oil it's everything....gold...oil...equities... There's that saying follow the money. The problem is that's what they're doing following investors money. Lol
