This ticker is a great example of how to mismanage an opportunity.

Take a successful private company, merge it with a failed run down shell bruised and battered from abuse, essentially making previous company, and owners liable.

Don't bother to let anyone know anything, because if they would, the now new owners might get a clue as to how bad they were abused, not to mention how terribly they will be abused in the future.
