Ask yourself this, without financing how would they have gotten a spot at this huge conference and one at 830am? That's some serious pull, a BIGTIME banker imo. And the filing? Would be suicide to put that out now except if there was a reason for it. Hello, they need a 1 million float and they just backdoored it. I like medics better, at this rate maybe it is Memorial Day. The conference will get the shareholder count up too. All boom time stuff imo.
