This is the first time I have read anywhere about Robert Stevens being accused of anything illegal or even suspicious!

I also find it almost laughable that "the SEC just looks the other way while Stevens continues with his highjackings!"

Would allowing a shell to be delisted and stockholders to lose everything be a better option???
