Are you kidding, when have any sale of shares come about since you've been a part of RXSF, NEVER. I can show you a list of companies that stated they were up listing and utilized a R/S as part of their goal to up list, now here's the best part >> "Where are all those OTC Splits"...that's right back down to .0001 or sub penny which is definitely NOT up listed. Which includes Millions and or Billions more of Diluted shares.

This S form not only shows a Fast Track to Up List by meeting the 1 Million share FLOAT Instantly, which is needed to Up List to the Nasdaq and eliminated the need to Dilute.

WOULD YOU PPP LIKE TO SEE DILUTION? I THINK NOT!!

Put the OTC mentality on hold, I know you're smarter than that.
