Just an update on the court case concerning the unregistered sale of shares, looks like the initial answers to the complaint will not be until April 21, then CDII will have 30 days to reply to this before the first hearing is even scheduled, so thinking mid May for CDII responses then maybe 8-12 weeks depending on judges schedule for first hearing tells me that first hearing will not happen till late summer or early fall...
