I see a totally different scenario. I see that the employees of RXSF get a nice price for their stock incentive plan. They already receive nearly 170,000 per quarter in salary, plus Lorraine declared herself a nice 30% bonus at year end.
Shocking, they get to buy it a the low average price on March 18 at 1.87. Why did they not do this deal when the stock was $5?
The good news is that maybe the stock may now head upwards when you buy at the ask.
Oh yeah, still no financing. However, I am glad that they go the low average price. I wish I had known about this in January and February when I was buying.
