2,000,000,000 Unannounced share increase about to be dumped into the Outstanding Share pool. (Two Billion!)

I say "Unannounced" because the company did not put out a press release to coincide with the SEC filing they submitted regarding this insane A/S increase.

Luckily for us, we had a good fellow poster who just happened to be watching all the companies SEC filings bring it to our attention. It's obvious that the company was not going to tell us what they did.

The major dilution of shares has once again begun. They will be worth less and less until they are absolutely worthless.
