Note the addition of a preferred class C of 1,000,000 shares. Convertible to 1000 each share. Ouchie

Even though they will be 'locked up' it shows the share structure is ever increasing and will not stand a chance for any 'iPo' or public offering with this structure. Lots of new notes.
