He doesn't. EVUS is a non-operating shell, NOT a company!

Whatever the plans for the shell, it fell through... it is irrelevant!

And what does the number of shares outstanding of an unrelated company have to do with anything? Whether 1 share or 100B, it is meaningless to JNSH!

Sure sounds scary though...
