I didn't buy yet, I tried the numbers too and couldn't speak to anyone. But, got the number from someone on i-hub and spoke to Mr. Jalal.

Evidently they are waiting for oil to bottom out before they make any acquisitions. Spoke to him about 2 months ago, he wholeheartedly believes that oil could go to 20, I disagreed with him, I told him that oil will bottom out at 28, which obviously went as low as 26.

He is originally from Yemen, lived in Tarzana and moved to Texas. He is hoping something could happen so that he can move back to California.

I was going to make a move today, my order didn't get filled. Gonna wait for it to retrace a little bit. He said the property they were looking at was too much, the bank wants 40 million for the property, they are offering 22 million, which the bank is not honoring the deal
