I'm hoping that IF there is a R/S it will be something like 1-10! But as long as it's not over 1-100 we should be golden!

If they bought up 1.5 billion or so and did a 1-5 r/s, that would give them control of 300M shares, the rest of the stockholders would own 100M shares and they have 100M shares to sell. (this all based on 2B current O/S and new 500B A/S)

Given the right PR to go with this type of setup..... This stock would skyrocket!
