I have asked several times for anyone to provide the name of any company that has experienced a predrill run up since oil fell below $40. So far no reply.

Now I ask, in the entire history of the stock market, has any company with no cash, no revenues, less than a full carry, IRS tax lien, recent 1:100 reverse split, and going concern caveats in latest SEC filing, has any such company experienced a predrill run up?

Unfortunately, the extreme risks of the weak balance sheet, weak management, and weak oil environment have caused a predrill melt down instead of the much hoped for runup. About to break the 4 cent level. Maybe a newly concocted bogus big jane rumor might stand a better chance of creating a brief price spike.
