Imo the RS failed, as the manipulation and games still exist 100%. A friend placed a buy at $1.50 and Nite immediately jumped him, as well All BUYS today yet we are totally Red. Incredible what's happening.

Everything I say is in my opinion, do your own DD and make your decision wisely! Don't spend more then you can afford to lose!
