I think a lot of people have lost a lot of money here. They did say on the conference call(of which no one even had any questions ---even negatively!), that 'the legal proceedings were funded'. Translation: (apparently) no dilution.

However, this thing is so far down(that even with a possible R/S down the road), ... over the next month or two, this can only go up. For people that did not sell on the panic, I feel this could represent an opportunity to recoup some, repeat some(buy very measurable), losses.

At least I see no pumpers here sayin' 'grab some cheapies !!'
