It should be by the end of today. Their quarter ends on Jan 31st. They get 45 days to file. Since this year was a leap year, there was 29 days in February.

So 29 days in February, and then 16 in March(45 days). They had to file by the 16th or file an NT by the 16th. Then on the 16th they filed for the 5-day NT late period. So they should file by close of business today. Not necessarily close of market. If they file last minute we might not see it online until tomorrow. Depends on how close to the days end they file.

People wont stick around but they wont be late if its received in the last minute. So worst case its live online by tomorrow. But we'll probably see it today.
