.03 to .05 is very reasonable once an announcement is made, shares are retired and business is back with a solid plan. I think all of that is in the works now so expecting a press release that sums all of that up so we should move quickly once it comes out.

I think a few firms (13g's) that bought in to the tune of 25MM shares all the was up to 225MM shares are the ones financing the next moves for the company so they can return to .05/PPS and those firms profit nicely off of there investment.
