Minimum $4.00 Bid PPS for more than 30 days

300 Shareholders, I believe we only have 100+

$4.0 Million Positive Shareholders Equity, I believe we are currently showing a Deficit.

1.0 Million Share Float, currently 370-400k.

Simple math tells me most investors today will see a minimum 100% return short term.
