I've been an Apptech shareholder for several years. Over the years I've been through several management changes. But this management is the worst by far. They don't communicate with shareholders, they don't finish anything they say they're going to do, they have ZERO credibility. And worse the current management doesn't care that they have zero credibility. It's been nearly three years since Apptech announced the merger with Transcendent One and nothing has been accomplished. At least with previous management, there were regular communications, mostly bad news, but regular communications. I could go on and on about the massive failings of the new management.

But the current management are deceitful to an extreme and that should tell us everything we need to know about Apptech. We cannot count on anything they say, either verbally or in writing and I believe the company will cease operations or file for bankruptcy. I wish it would be different but this is the reality check for all shareholders.
