RDY: Again, another posts about 'facts' that contains not a single 'fact.' There are no facts on this board that explain how a non-existent, non-public former company, that will never trade again, such as Keyon, can be used as the the trading public company in a RTM. Nobody has even tried except for the resent proposal that it could all be done with a Super 8K. Problem is the Super 8K Item 5.06 is used to cease a shell company and Keyon is already ceased.
