I saw this as s great buy in 2009 and watched it grow from $4 to ?? - more or less a 10 bagger ... but near future prospects I am most uncertain about since this recent news.


So you sat and watched this 10 bag without taking a position

or did you buy at $4 and never sell. Management should have learned from the near death in 2009 to cut costs and debt but they didn't after all its not their money its shareholders. They just print themselves some new ones shareholders work for theirs.
