It's still speculation. Checkout Luna's business, they develop coatings, etc.

Why do you think this is any different than the DOD award to PPG?
PPG came up with multiple processes for non-isocyanates.
So far, the DOD, and federal agencies have largely ignored HCTI.
That may change soon with new partnerships, but for now it seems
a long shot.
