So I won't sell at a penny or below, because I get nothing for my many
shares.. Might as well keep this garbage company as take a complete
freakin' loss !


And I cannot use a tax loss inside of an IRA. ... ( rules, Y'know )


Anyway you look at this, at 1¢ this is a complete loss to me and any
other long-term holders.


The arrogance , laziness and incompetence of the Sr. Managers,
Directors and insiders of AIVI is MASSIVE and INEXCUSABLE.


LAZY !

INCOMPETENT !

ARROGANT !


I always thought that the Chinese were. principled .and .hard working
and industrious people - - - when compared to the people who manage
SP500 American businesses - - - the American Managers always with
an eye on the current quarter,. and almost never thinking long term. ...
Not building real value. .


THESE AIVI Sr. MANAGERS & DIRECTORS may as well be American. ...


They have betrayed their American shareholders. ... And that is demon-
strably true . . .
