One big positive on a rs using your words

so the post R/S shares will allow investors to buy on margin at probably 30% of capital, which will favor investment much more than any share price under $10: under $10 can have 50% or 70% or 100% margin requirement.

so the post R/S shares will allow investors to SHORT SGY.

That fact that you are talking about margin and trading on margin tells me you have little experience. You haven't been around long enough to get a margin call. Keep doing what your doing and you will.

I never trade on margin. In fact 90% of all my trades are in ROTH IRA which you can't trade on margin.

I think they should start with the 1 for 25 rs get the price way up then I can short it and let the dilution knock it on its azz. It will be an easy trade. At $1s Etrade wont allow this stock to open a short on SGY but not a problem at higher prices. So there is a silver lining to a big ole juicy rs followed by AS of 300mil and dilution of the float up to the limit to do it over and over.

Did your wise instructor tell you about Dilution? I know your probably going to tell us that dilution is good when used for investment in growth blah blah blah.

There is only one thing that is true about dilution This is coming from an experienced trader vs a wise instructor
