That was said 3 weeks ago unfortunately 
~ it seems this board is turning into a broken record...it's always next week...management is failing to keep investors informed which is causing a massive sell off....it's sad ~ even you said it best...dilution seems to be the only way to get to 1,000,000 float...if they DUMP into the current PPS that say hello to .10
