It wasn't taken out of context at all. The whole purpose of a a going concern statement is to warn investors of the financial peril a company like ERHC is in. Hard to believe that anybody would pretend that a going concern statement is taken out of context or that is not there for reason. They don't disclose things and people complain. They do disclose and some want to pretend it is not true or that pointing it out is overly negative. I wonder why but I think I know why.
